Winter bathing

At Skymningens badplats you can try winter bathing. In case of ice there will be a hole made (usually at weekends).

Please observe

• Be very careful getting in and out of the water, the wooden jetty can be slippery.
• Don’t stay long.
• DO NOT bathe if you have high blood pressure.
• You may get cold allergies with itching.

Please bathe with care. Winter bathing is very beneficial if performed correctly.
